Third-year Ph.D. student Reed O’Mara was recently named a recipient of the CWRU Graduate Council of Arts and Sciences Graduate Student Scholarship and Creative Endeavors Grant (GCAS GSSCE). Reed’s project includes a trip to the United Kingdom where she will examine medieval manuscripts at the British Library and Bodleian Library in London and Oxford, respectively, as part of her dissertation research on Jewish illuminated manuscripts.
