Congratulations to Dominique (Nikki) DeLuca (PhD 2020) who has accepted a full-time teaching position at the University of Vermont, one of the so-called Public Ivies! Nikki will be teaching courses in ancient and medieval art in the Art & Art History Department at the university’s School of the Arts. Until now, Nikki did research for Les Enluminures, the New York- and Paris-based gallery that specializes in medieval and early modern manuscripts and miniatures. Nikki’s dissertation that explores medieval images of shadows is now being revised into a book under contract with Brill.
