Congratulations to PhD students Reed O’Mara and Sam Truman! Both have been accepted into the Newberry Library’s research methods workshop “Uncovering Medieval Manuscripts in Early Modern Books” taking place this fall in Chicago. In the workshop, Sam and Reed will learn more about fragmentology and have the chance to examine medieval fragments in the bindings, endleaves, and tabs of early modern books.
