Dr. Aimee Marcereau DeGalan, CWRU PhD 2007, will take up her duties in October as the new Louis L. and Adelaide C. Ward Senior Curator of European Arts at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art in Kansas City, Missouri. In this endowed position she will lead the European Arts Division, where she will oversee curatorial matters and participate in senior-level research, exhibition, and catalogue projects.  In 2012 Dr. DeGalan became the Curator of Collections and Exhibitions at the Dayton Art Institute in Dayton OH, and was subsequently named the Chief Curator and Curator of European Art.
